SHIPPING 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship internationally, and the shipping rates vary depending on which country the merchandise is being delivered. The delivery rates will be posted on your checkout cart before payment is processed.

 

How long does shipping take? 

Free shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days via United State Postal Service(USPS). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your purchase is made. Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge and is posted in your checkout cart before payment processing. Overnight shipping takes between 1-2 days, depending if the order is placed before noon Mountain Standard Time(MST). We are not responsible for delays with the USPS delivery system.

PAYMENT & WARRANTY

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We process PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash and Check are only accepted for our Wholesale Accounts and Bulk Orders.

 

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

Diamond Dan's™ products are warranted against manufacturer’s defect and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the receipt of purchase. Warranty is void if, in our opinion, the product has been improperly maintained, misused, altered, crashed, or modified in any way. Normal wear and tear, or products abused are not cover under the warranty. Diamond Dan's™ reserves the right to repair at our discretion any valid warranty claim. All Non-Warranty items must be approved by Diamond Dan's™. Original purchase receipt is required with all warranty claims. Warranty timeframe begins at the time of purchase. Final evaluation of warranty eligibility will be made by Diamond Dan's™.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? 

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that have not been used, altered, misused, crashed, washed, or modified in any way. All merchandise must be in pristine, re-sellable condition, including all tags attached, and with all original packaging. Damages or omission of any original packaging may result in a fee. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice & include it with your package. Return freight/shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please note: original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.

RETURN/EXCHANGE SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Follow the return/exchange instructions on the invoice included with your package. Pack the merchandise securely & tightly sealed in an appropriate shipping box to the mailing address above. As we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves, please use an insured service to ensure your package is delivered to us.

 

Do you refund?

Once we have received the merchandise within the 30 day period from receipt of purchase, and have determined the product has not been used, altered, misused, crashed, washed, or modified in any way, then we will issue a refund to the same credit account as processed for the sale. The refund process may take up to 5 business days after we approve the return.
